Cheat days...Do you cheat?
A lot of fit people( fitness community ) do not agree with "cheat days" I posted the picture below on my IG. and I received around 3 likes! This is funny, because by not depriving myself of things like cheat days is what has kept my weight off. I had tried restricting diets in the past, no carbs, no sugars etc. what I realized was that when I did eat those carbs and sugars that I had been restricting myself to eat I ate MORE and in LARGER amounts. And guess what? The weight that I had lost was creeping back and them some! When I didn't deprive myself and ate the foods that I didn't eat all off the time, I kept the weight loss going and kept the weight off. The trick is portion control and to do it maybe once a week for lunch, breakfast or dinner not all three meals! And of course remain active, even more active on those cheat days to burn off those extra calories. This is what worked for me and it might or might not work for you, you have too keep trying different methods and find the right one for YOU! Remember, this is a journey and you will have fall backs just get back on track and keep moving... just KEEP MOVING FORWARD....
