What do you do when you have cravings? Mine is usually chocolate or something crunchy. To "have my cake and eat it too" I use sugar free hot chocolate with unsweetened almond milk. It tastes very creamy like your drinking the full fat version! For my crunchy fix I love Popchips, if you haven't had these you're missing out!! They are available in tons of flavors and have an awesome crunch!! Any other tips that work for you? Please share!!
