Portion control tips
If you exhibit portion control at least 80% to 90% of the time, you’re going to see a difference in weight. A food scale and measuring cups is a must and I also use kids plates and kids bowls for portion control. It will be difficult at first, but drink lots of water and fill up on veggies. Eventually your body will get used to it. CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!!
