You are what you eat...

As most of you all know, I lost my weight (40+ pounds) by doing the Weight Watchers program. The method itself isn't pricey, it's the cost of membership that adds up. For those of you that would like to follow the program for free, I found an awesome website. I also have the WW calculator on my phone which helps keep track of my meals and workout activity. I personally found this program helpful because it was way more simple to count points than calories. Below is the daily standard guidelines for the program. Here's the site...
