Brisk Walk..


Today I did NOT feel like working out.. it was a beautiful day outside but it was cool and my lower back was achy. I made myself get out and take a brisk walk! 30 minutes and 2 miles later I  felt so much better! Make time to have some type of activity in your day at least 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. Make it fun so it won't seem like a task. It's good for you physically, mentally and emotionally..
