I completed my second 5K of the year a couple of weeks ago. This was more kid friendly and completely different from the ones I've completed in the past. It was called the Bubble Run . Me and my girlffriend Marlene went along with her 3 boys and we had a blast! Basically about every mile there are big sudsy bubble machines and you get lathered in the messy fun colorful stuff! The boys had an extra good time at the bubble stations! Look for local 5K events in your community and go with the whole family! It definitely creates fun memories for everyone while being active.
