Here are the pictures from this weekend! My girlfriend's sister Athena suffers from MG and I definitely wanted to come out, support and bring awareness to this disorder. I myself did not know much about the disorder until I spoke to her and she gave me more of an insight. I truly enjoyed myself and walked in her honor with the rest of her family, coworkers and friends. We need to find a cure!! #mgwalk2015
Myasthenia gravis (pronounced My-as-theen-ee-a Grav-us) comes from the Greek and Latin words meaning "grave muscular weakness." The most common form of MG is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disorder that is characterized by fluctuating weakness of the voluntary muscle groups.
